My mother opened my door and directly asked me to take a shower, because we were going to eat lunch outside. I decided to dress up decently, after I got out of the shower. Bad luck was on my side, turned out we were only going to eat in a food stall near our house.

There is a silver lining in every cloud, and that is true. My mother drove the car to a mall to watch a movie (yes, a mall. A cinema in a mall is very common in Indonesia). Luckily, I got to pick the movie we were going to watch. Thus, I chose Fast & Furious 6.

For your information, an Indonesian actor, Johannes Taslim or well known as Joe Taslim, played as Jah, the Asian villain in Owen Shaw’s team. I was really relieved that he appeared numerous times in the movie. Joe showed off his skills in martial arts really good. Proud to be Indonesian!

Moving on. I was not impressed by how Toretto’s team appeared with BMW. I was hoping for at least GTR or Maserati. But, everything is paid off after they changed their cars. On the other hand, the police cars were too obviously altered, which would rarely happen in real life with the current economy situation. A normal police car would hardly keep up with the speed of Shaw’s special car, even a BMW.

The climax, however was not really thrilling. The gunshots were more thrilling. I also hated how Gisele died. Doesn’t an angel like her deserve happiness, too? :(

Though the plot was not as great as Fast 5, I would say I am happy with the overall setting. Looking forward to Fast & Furious 7, which will feature Jason Stantham as Owen Shaw’s brother who seeks revenge.

For the last 2 days I have been skipping school. No, not because I had a cat fight with the B of the school. No, not because I hate particular subject. But simply because we do nothing at school.

2 weeks ago we finished our finals, as I have shared the story about it in previous post. It was actually earlier than the other schools, way too early. I thought we would have some activities which would keep us occupied at school after the finals, but no, we have nothing to do other than making bridge out of sticks in physics class, making biological drawing in biology class (which had been discussed for hundreds of time), learning about accents in English class, making a short movie in Indonesian class (this one is interesting, however bad executions), and studying the materials in year 11 in chemistry (they say it is going to prepare us for year 11, but the teacher is mostly not in class).

Thus, I prefer to clean up my house, my room, my bathroom and shoo the rats away rather than going to school for the non sense of it. However, I went to school today at recess time to pick up my books. If I did not, the cleaning service would take them to the charity. I guess today is my bad luck, I was caught by my class advisor walking to the drop off area. He was like, “you do not care anymore, do you?” “We do fun activities in English class.” “Do you need to talk to the level head about this?”. F NO. I do not want to listen to you. I tried not to cry, I really did. But I just burst out in tears. I was trying to hold back the words “I do care, but now I do not know what to care about!” The point is, he was trying to put me in the corner and make me look guilty for being bored at their lame activities.

Good thing is, I do not care about the demerits he would give me. I think this experience should make them realise that in order to keep the students to go to school is by being creative and make fun activities.
